(More customer reviews)I just bought the item and installed it as advised by supplier but no images of the 4 cameras appear on my desktop or pc!!!.
. I have installed the program, unlocked the lock in the set-up menu and unchecked/enabled all the boxes including the 4 camera switches but still no images appear!
. When I connect cameras directly to TV using the AV channel as when you connect a DVD player, the images appear very clear meaning there is a problem with my DVR connection/setting or the cameras are not compatible with the USB DVR provided.
. Any assistance on what could be the problem is highly appreciated before I rate this product.
