(More customer reviews)Arrived quickly but that's the only good thing I can say. The software is from 2007 and not Vista or Win 7 compatible. They want you to upgrade the firmware so you can use a larger memory chip, and since you can't do that with Vista or Win 7, the unit makes an expensive alarm clock. Returning it for a refund.
