BEACH AUDIO used very very soft useless flexible box, dvr was flopping around inside; styrofoam inside was cracked; zero stars forbeach audio corp. (only 2 other companies ever boxed so poorly in my 200 plus internet purchases .)

lorex product itself is horrendous.
It will pick up motion at its lowest setting for objects 20 feet from scan area.objects20 feet outside of motion detection area triggered recording . shouldhave stayed with swan dvr (thought upgrade would be ok with a comparable swan dvr product, but was wrong).

lorex Control buttons on dvr and on remote control only function when you press it many times repeatedly.

you have to rack your head and bang your head on door in order to figure out how to set scan area after an hour of trial and errorpractices; since instructions were very very very brief and vague for setting motion detect area.

i have a Lorex LW2002W Digital Portable Color LCD Wireless Surveillance System (White) that beeps loudlyon each button push; so i don't recommend it either.should be quiet as asurveillance product, but is not.

will not buy any lorex again !!
