(More customer reviews)The LW1020 is an overall well planned product.When connected to a TV or VCR for recording, the image quality for both day and night settings is very good.The wireless feature is also a plus and reduces the wire clutter when mounting to a wall.The problems with this unit arise when the user wants to connect to a PC and view the video stream over the internet.The software that the unit comes with is extremely buggy and causes endless computer freezes that are only remedied by uninstalling the software.Customer service was very rude and degrading and did not help solve the computer crashes. Don't expect this product to solve your security needs.
