(More customer reviews)I received the two cameras in a timely manner. One camera did not work at all, the second one hada snowy picture. Swapped video and power cables to ensure cables were not the issue, still had the same problems. Returned items the next day using FEDEX 3 days delivery 26 days later still did not get a refund.Three weeks after I returned the merchandise I received an email telling me they completed testing the items I returned, and that I will hear from them soon. Sorry, defective merchandise, poor performance and poor customer service.
